Default visibility for a newly created document (#204).
FoundryVTT ownership levels are NONE 0, LIMITED 1, OBSERVER 2,
OWNER 3. A document created without an explicit ownership defaults to
NONE for everyone but the creating GM — so a journal written for the table
is invisible to the table until someone grants access in the Foundry UI.
